Our Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our top priority – if you have any problems, questions, or wish to exchange/return an item, please let us know by calling our Online Customer Service at (305)631-9586 or by emailing onlinesales@live.com. Please include your Sales Order number, PO Number, or Pack Slip number.

Placing and Receiving Orders:
Unless noted otherwise at the time you place your order, This&That Community Web Store ships all items within three business days of receiving an order.  You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. You may place an order through the easy checkout at this&thatcommunitywebstore 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We also accept mail-order requests.

Prices:
All prices and purchase requirements are shown in U.S. dollars. This&That Community Web Store accepts all order payments in U.S. dollars.

Search:
You may search through This&That Community Web Store’s merchandise categories, such as T-shirts or Jewelry. Simply type in the kind of product you are looking for, and you will be able to browse through every This&That Web Store item in that category.

Shopping Carts:
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed.  This may result in an unavailable item initially being listed as available.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise:
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Please call (305) 631-9586 or (786) 306-3140, Monday through Friday 9am-4pm Eastern Standard Time, to speak with a customer service representative. We will assist you as quickly as possible.

Payment Options
Accepted Forms of Payment:
When placing an order at this&thatcommunitywebstore you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo, PayPal and Google Checkout. You can also use your electronic This&That Community Web Store gift certificate. We cannot accept checks, cash as payment or ( C.O.D. check or cash on delivery), but we gladly accept money orders until further notice. We accept credit cards only from countries to which we ship.

Discount Codes
Coupons and Discount Codes:
Every coupon valid on this&thatcommunitywebstore has a discount code.  Enter this code (discount is already applied for you) at the checkout page when you are checking out on this&thatcommunitywebstore to receive your discount. Only one coupon or discount of any type may be used at a time. Please check your coupon for details. This&That Community Web Store coupons are not redeemable for cash, nor are they valid toward any previously purchased merchandise or the purchase of This&That Community Web Store e-Gift Certificates.

Gift Certificates:

  •  All gift certificates expire two years from the date of purchase. Email gift certificates are only available for international customers. P.O. Boxes are not allowed for gift certificates.
  • Terms & Conditions: Gift Certificate requires activation before it can be used. It must be redeemed within the designated time period. Must be redeemed on This&That Community Web Store. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. This&That Community Web Store may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
  • Activation: To Activate your Gift Certificate, call  (305)631-9586, ask for Online Customer Service. Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 EST. You must have Gift Certificate # and either the email address it was sent to or the mailing address it was mailed to. Please allow up to 48 hours for activation.
Shipping and Handling:

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process This&That Community Web Store ships all items within three days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

International Shoppers:
Outside of the 48 continental United States shipments are shipped via USPS.

Signing Out:
If you are visiting this&thatcommunitywebstore as a registered user from a public computer, you should always sign out when you are finished so that other computer users cannot access your information. Go to the  ‘Sign Out’or `Log out ' link at the bottom of the home page.

Order History:

Order history and tracking services are available to U.S. customers only. This&That Community Web Store can tell you where your order is in the shipping process when you provide your order number and e-mail address. If you are a registered user, in the near future, you will simply sign in to view your order history by date or order number. In the near future you will also be able to browse your order history and track the status of all your orders through a real-time tracking service that shows you the details of your orders’ whereabouts through the carrier.

Editing Your Profile:

Editing your profile means changing the personal information such as the address or phone number that you entered when you registered. You also may sign up to receive e-mails announcing exclusive This&That Community Web Store promotions and sales.

Changing Your Password:

You may change your password easily by signing into your "this&thatcommunitywebstore account and editing your account information. You will need to enter your new password twice, once to create it and once to confirm it. If you have forgotten your password and requested that we send you a new one through the Forgot Your Password? page, you should go to the Change Password page immediately to create a new password. It is important that your password be easy for you to remember and difficult for others to figure out. You should change your password every time you ask us to send you a new password.

Speeding Up Checkout:?

Speedier checkout saves time and makes the order process more convenient for registered users. If you are signed on and you have entered a default billing and shipping address, this&thatcommunitywebstore will automatically retrieve your billing and shipping information and take you directly to the Shipping Methods page when you're making a purchase. Even after you’ve activated the speedier checkout, you may still change your shipping method and the type of credit card you’re using.

By registering, you are able to set up a wish list. Select your favorite This&That Community Web Store gear and save it to your wish list. Then forward your This&That Community Web Store Wish List to friends and family to let them know what you want. You can choose to make your wish list public or private. A public wish list can be viewed by others; a private wish list cannot. You’ll need to sign in to your This&That Community Web Store account when you want to update your wish list picks.

Using the Address Book:

You can create a personalized Address Book to record and store shipping addresses. You may use the nickname of each address in your Address Book to select the appropriate shipping address when it's time to check out.

Saving Your Shopping Cart:

By saving your shopping cart when you are signed into your This&That Community Web Store account, you can keep items in the shopping cart for later visits. Item availability is not guaranteed.
