How can I receive a print catalog from This&That Community Web Store?

Catalogs from the mail order component of the This&That Community Web Store, are NOT free, and catalog requests are processed weekly. If you place a request online, you'll receive a catalog within 2-6 weeks depending your location and the delivery method that we choose. After that, you'll be placed on our regular mailing list and receive a catalog every month or so. If you would like to receive any of our specialty catalogs (Inspirational items, Music, etc.), simply check the boxes that interest you when filling out our catalog request form, and we'll send you a preview copy of that catalog. If I request a catalog, how long will it take to arrive?

Requests are processed weekly, but please allow 2 to 6 weeks for a CD catalog to arrive in your mailbox.  While we also process faster by the customer requesting our email catalog, for a fee of only $3.00 a month, while we charge only a $5 a month fee for a CD catalog.  But we may suggest to every customer to request a CD catalog for your benefit.  We also have available Specialty catalogs which you may also order. (Please use our Catalog Request Form).  Members within the United States, may order our catalogs through our web store only.  These are catalog subscriptions (one subscription per month only) and are available at our store.   ONLY NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

What are the benefits of a This&That Community membership (THIS&THAT C W S)?

First, the cost for membership is FREE to customers within the U.S., International and overseas.  For only $6 a year, customers in the U.S. and Canada ($9 for international customers) will receive our Members' Newsletter six times a year.  Each newsletter gives customers the inside scoop on new titles and alerts for any future price changes. The newsletter also passes along price reductions to our members on overstocked, out-of-print, and discontinued items. You may opt to receive our monthly newsletters ( unsubscribing ).

In addition, THIS&THAT C W S Members are guaranteed the lowest prices on every item. Sometimes, THIS&THAT C W S's prices vary slightly from the website and catalog, but when you're a member, you can always count on the very lowest sale price we have to offer!

Do I need to be a member to order from T&T Community Web Store?

Membership is not required for customers to place orders with T&T Community Web Store. However, there are many benefits to becoming a member. Members receive special mailings and announcements from THIS&THAT C W S, and receive extra savings on overstocked, out-of-print, and discontinued items. Do I have to be a member to order from outside the United States?

International customers only, are always welcome to place an order with T&T Community Web Store. All orders sent will include one of our CD catalogs. However, because of the prohibitive costs of sending regular compact disks catalog mailings overseas (a fee of only $6 to reproduce a compact disk catalog), you will need to become a member if you would like to receive our catalogs regularly. 

How can I check my membership status?

Can I renew my T&T Community Web Store membership account online?

Customers can renew or change their T&T Community Web Store memberships online by visiting our My Account page and either register for a new membership account or log-in with your email address and password and click on the "change or edit my email address and password".
